摘要
目的 探讨辅助性T淋巴细胞22(Th22)、辅助性T淋巴细胞17(Th17)、调节性T淋巴细胞(Treg)在白癜风患者中的表达及与血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)、褪黑素(MT)水平的相关性。方法 选择2020年5月至2022年6月医院收治的78例白癜风患者作为观察组,分为活动期白癜风(48例)和静止期白癜风(30例),根据分型分为寻常型白癜风(36例)和节段型白癜风(42例)。选择同期健康体检者37例,设为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定两组Th22、Th17、Treg、5-HT、MT水平。通过Pearson相关性分析白癜风患者Th22、Th17、Treg与5-HT、MT水平的关系。结果 观察组白癜风患者Th22、Th17、Treg水平高于对照组(P<0.05),Treg、5-HT、MT水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者活动期Th22、Th17水平高于静止期(P<0.05),Treg、5-HT、MT水平低于静止期患者(P<0.05)。观察组寻常型Th22、Th17水平高于节段型(P<0.05),Treg、5-HT、MT水平低于节段型(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析结果显示白癜风患者Th22、Th17水平与5-HT、MT水平呈负相关性(P<0.05),Treg水平与5-HT、MT水平呈正相关性(P<0.05)。结论 白癜风患者Th22、Th17呈高表达,Treg淋巴细胞呈低表达,且与5-HT、MT水平有关,疾病的进展可能与Th22、Th17、5-HT及MT的表达相关。
Objective To explore the expression of T helper lymphocyte 22(Th22),T helper lymphocyte 17(Th17)and regulatory T lymphocyte(Treg)in patients with vitiligo and their correlation with serum 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)and melatonin(MT).Methods A total of 78 patients with vitiligo admitted to the hospital from May 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the observation group,which were divided into active vitiligo(48 cases)and resting vitiligo(30 cases),and were divided into ordinary vitiligo(36 cases)and segmental vitiligo(42 cases)according to the classification.There were 37 healthy people in the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of Th22,Th17,Treg,5-HT and MT were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The relationship between Th22,Th17,Treg and 5-HT,MT levels in patients with vitiligo was analyzed by Pearson correlation.Results The levels of Th22,Th17 and Treg in vitiligo patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the levels of Treg,5-HT and MT were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the levels of Th22 and Th17 in active stage were higher than those in quiescent stage(P<0.05),while the levels of Treg,5-HT and MT were lower than those in quiescent stage(P<0.05).The levels of Th22 and Th17 in the observation group were higher than those in the segmental type(P<0.05),and the levels of Treg,5-HT and MT were lower than those in the segmental type(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the levels of Th22 and Th17 in patients with vitiligo were negatively correlated with the levels of 5-HT and MT(P<0.05),while the level of Treg was positively correlated with the levels of 5-HT and MT(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of Th22 and Th17 in vitiligo patients is high,while the expression of Treg lymphocytes is low,which is related to the level of 5-HT and MT.The progress of the disease may be related to the expression of Th22,Th17,5-HT and MT.
