摘要
为防止高压直流接地极单极运行引发管道及附属设备、设施损毁事故,本文以浙江省天然气管网为研究对象,分享了近几年浙江省内及周边高压直流接地极单极运行干扰浙江省天然气管网的案例。介绍了“仿真指导+智能监控+规范处理”的接地极单极运行干扰事故防治措施实现方式;研究了对石接地极、金丝接地极、同里接地极正常运行及单极运行对浙江省天然气管道的影响;比较了不同防护措施的特点,采用了排流保护为主、多种防护措施结合的方式缓解接地极放电对天然气管道的干扰;在干扰严重管段安装电流环监测管道内流过的电流实现对接地极单极运行放电的实时监测;同时,制定了严密的接地极单极运行应对措施,规范了接地极单极放电过程和放电结束后的处理步骤,降低接地极放电造成的影响。
In order to prevent the damage of pipelines and ancillary facilities caused by the unipolar operation of HVDC(High-Voltage Direct Current)grounding electrodes,this paper takes the natural gas pipeline network in Zhejiang Province as the research object,and shares the cases caused by unipolar operation of HVDC grounding electrodes in and around Zhejiang Province affecting the pipeline in recent years.First,the realization method of‘simulation guidance+intelligent monitoring+standard processing‘under unipolar operation accident is introduced.Then,the influence of normal operation and unipolar operation of duishi grounding electrode,Jinsi grounding electrode and Tongli grounding electrode on pipeline is studied.Next,the characteristics of different protective measures are compared,and the interference of grounding electrode discharge on pipeline is alleviated by the combination of drainage protection and various protective measures.At the same time,the current ring is installed in the serious interference section to monitor the current flowing through the pipeline,which can give an early warning to the unipolar operation discharge in the first time.Finally,the strict countermeasures for the unipolar operation are formulated,standardizing the treatments after the unipolar discharge process to reduce the impact of the grounding electrode discharge.
