摘要
基于症状数据的个体化症状网络是指在某一段测量时间段内,患者个体所表现出的症状所构成的具有时效性特征的症状网络,其可为疾病的预防、治疗和管理提供重要的干预时机和干预靶点。在本文中,将从个体化症状网络的定义、常用网络特异性指标、R软件的实现和局限性等方面,对基于单个个体症状数据的个体化网络进行主要介绍,旨在为推广和规范症状组学领域的研究提供理论意义,同时期待为将来的精准症状管理和干预提供理论基础和指导。
Objective An individualized symptom network based on symptom data referred to the symptom network that was specific to a particular patient and captured the symptoms exhibited by that patient during a defined measurement period,which provided important intervention opportunities and intervention targets for disease prevention,treatment,and management.In this paper,the temporal personalized network based on symptom data from individual patients were mainly introduced from the various aspects such as defining personalized symptom networks,commonly employed indicators for network specificity,implementation using the R software,and limitations,aiming to contribute to the theoretical significance of the promotion and standardization research in the field of symptomomics,while also providing a theoretical foundation and guidance for precise symptom management and intervention in the future.
