摘要
高校思想政治教育质量监督体系是促进高校思想政治教育质量提升、确保思想政治教育有效开展的重要保障。研究通过分析当前高校思想政治教育面临的挑战和问题,以及国内外相关研究的成果,着眼于构建一种科学、系统、有效的高校思想政治教育质量监督体系的路径和方法。从制度化、规范化、多元化、数据化等多个维度出发,提出了以政府主导、学校责任、部门协同、社会参与的监督模式。通过建立考核评估指标体系、完善监督机制与流程、运用信息化手段和大数据分析等措施,旨在解决高校思想政治教育质量监督体系中存在的问题,并在提高高校思想政治教育质量上发挥积极作用,实现高校培养社会主义建设者和接班人的目标。
The quality supervision system of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is an important guarantee to promote the improvement of the quality of ideological and political education in colleges and universities and to ensure the effective implementation of ideological and political education.This study analyzes the challenges and problems faced by current ideological and political education in colleges and universities,as well as the achievements of domestic and international relevant researches,and focuses on constructing a scientific,systematic,and effective path and method for the quality supervision system of ideological and political education in universities.Starting from multiple dimensions such as institutionalization,standardization,diversification,and digitalization,the study proposes a supervision model that is led by the government,combined with school responsibility,departmental coordination,and social participation.Through the establishment of an assessment index system,the improvement of supervision mechanisms and processes,the use of information technology and big data analysis and other measures,this study aims to solve the problems existing in the quality supervision system of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and play a positive role in improving the quality of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,so as to achieve the goal of cultivating socialist builders and successors in colleges and universities.
