猪源葡萄球菌的分离与鉴定

摘要 为了从新疆南部某猪场患病仔猪的病料中分离猪源葡萄球菌,试验对猪的病料进行了细菌分离培养、形态学观察及生化试验,初步鉴定出7株猪源葡萄球菌;对7株猪葡萄球菌进行16S rRNA基因片段扩增和测序,将测序结果与数据库NCBI中的序列进行同源性比对,结果表明,与猪源葡萄球菌的核苷酸序列的同源性达到99.93%,说明从猪病料中分离的7株菌株为猪源葡萄球菌。此后对7株猪源葡萄球菌进行药敏试验,发现该菌对氧氟沙星、环丙沙星、头孢唑啉、万古霉素、新霉素高度敏感,对青霉素、四环素、克林霉素、头孢他啶中度敏感,对庆大霉素、林可霉素、红霉素耐药。 In order to isolate staphylococcus of porcine origin from the diseased piglets of a pig farm in South Xinjiang,the experiment was carried out on the diseased pig materials for bacterial isolation and culture,morphological observation and biochemical tests,and seven strains of staphylococcus of porcine origin were identified initially.The 16S rRNA gene fragment was amplified and sequenced on seven strains of Staphylococcus,and the sequencing results were compared with the database NCBI,and the results showed that the homology of nucleotide sequences with Staphylococcus suis reached 99.93%,indicating that seven strains were isolated from the swine disease materials as Staphylococcus.Thereafter,drug susceptibility testing of seven strains of staphylococci of porcine origin revealed that the organism was highly susceptible to ofloxacin,ciprofloxacin,cefazolin,vancomycin and neomycin,moderately susceptible to penicillin,tetracycline,clindamycin and ceftazidime,and resistant to gentamicin,lincomycin and erythromycin.
