基于减载靠泊的码头能力提升论证研究

摘要 为适应船舶大型化的趋势,最大化利用岸线资源,依托锦州港304#、305#泊位靠泊能力提升工程,对码头泊位长度、前沿停泊水域、回旋水域、锚地、航道、码头工艺设备的适用性以及码头附属设施和码头主体结构的安全性,按减载靠泊15万t级散货船舶进行论证。15万t级散货船减载靠泊论证的船舶载重吨不超过10万t级散货船上限10.5万t,对应减载至吃水13.7 m。在合理的限定条件下,码头及水域可满足15万t级散货船舶减载至吃水13.7 m的靠、离泊及作业要求。 In order to adapt to the trend of large-size ships and maximize the utilization of shoreline resources,to accommodate bulk cargo carriers up to 150000 DWT with reduced load is analyzed from the aspects of berth length,berth pocket,ship-turning water area,anchorage,waterway,the applicability of port handling equipment,the reliability of auxiliary facilities and wharf structure based on Berths 304#~305#upgrading project of Jinzhou Port.The load capacity of 150000 DWT bulk cargo carriers shall not exceed 105000 DWT after deloading,which is the upper limit of 100000 DWT bulk cargo carriers.In addition to that,the draft is reduced to be 13.7 m.The above dock and water area may support berthing,leaving and operation of 150000 DWT bulk cargo carriers with a draft reduced to 13.7 m under reasonable limit conditions.
