摘要
为探明西藏高校大学生心理健康教育质量现状及发展路径,文章收集整理了2002—2022年中国知网(CNKI)数据库收录的国内核心期刊所发表的高校心理健康教育主题文献,利用Cite space软件对发文时间数量、学科分布情况、核心作者、关键词等方面进行综合分析,同时结合西藏地区相关研究数据与高校实际情况,提出西藏高校大学生心理健康教育质量提升建议。研究认为,可以从拓展研究路径、增强与其他学科的交叉研究、多角度丰富教育途径、搭建有效心育载体、优化心理咨询服务、实现精准心理帮扶、建立应急预案机制等方面实现西藏高校大学生心理健康教育质量提升,助力西藏高校教育事业高质量发展。
In order to explore the current status and development path of mental health education quality for college students in Xizang.This article first collected and sorted out the literatures on the subject of mental health education in colleges and universities published by domestic core journals included in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) database from 2002 to 2022,and then used CiteSpace software conducts a comprehensive analysis of the number of publication times,subject distribution,core authors,keywords,etc.,and combines relevant research data in Xizang with the actual situation of universities to put forward suggestions for improving the quality of mental health education for college students in Xizang.The study believes that universities in Xizang can be realized through expanding research paths,enhancing cross-research with other disciplines,enriching educational approaches from multiple perspectives,building effective psychological education carriers,optimizing psychological counseling services,achieving precise psychological assistance,and establishing corresponding emergency plan mechanisms.The quality of mental health education for college students has been improved to help high-quality development of education in Xizang's universities.
