摘要
目的探究PDCA循环模式用于中医护理管理中的实践效果。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月山东颐养健康集团淄博医院中医科18名护理人员为研究对象,于2022年1月1日起实施PDCA循环模式,将2021年1—12月作为对照组,行常规管理,将2022年1—12月作为观察组,行PDCA循环模式,且实施前后人员基本无变动。对比两组护理满意度、护理质量、护理技能评分情况,并在实施前后各抽检50份病例执行单进行对比。结果观察组护理管理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理质量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理技能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组病例执行单检查结果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在中医护理管理中实施PDCA循环模式,可有效提高患者护理满意度,提高其护理质量及护理技能评分情况,同时还对病例执行单检查结果有显著的改善作用,可广泛应用。
Objective To explore the practical effect of PDCA cycle model in traditional Chinese medicine nursing management.Methods A total of 18 nursing staff in the traditional Chinese medicine department of Zibo Hospital of Shandong Yiyang Health Group Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and the PDCA cycle mode was implemented from January 1,2022.The control group from January to December 2021 was used for routine management,and the observation group from January to December 2022 was used for PDCA cycle mode.And before and after the implementation of the personnel in the capital unchanged.The nursing satisfac⁃tion,nursing quality and nursing skill scores of the two groups were compared,and 50 case execution orders were sampled before and after the implementation.Results The satisfaction of nursing management in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing quality of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing skill score of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically sig⁃nificant(P<0.05).The results of single examination in observation group were better than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the PDCA cycle model in tra⁃ditional Chinese medicine nursing management can effectively improve patient nursing satisfaction,improve nursing quality and nursing skill scores.It can also significantly improve the results of case execution orders and can be widely used.
