摘要
氟碳铈矿是我国重要的战略矿产资源,广泛应用于电子、通信、能源、医疗等领域。然而,在矿山的选矿过程中对氟碳铈矿的回收利用率普遍较低,导致资源浪费。其中,主要的原因是矿石性质复杂、品位低,且缺乏高效的分离技术。本文总结了目前氟碳铈矿浮选药剂的研究和应用进展,着重介绍了捕收剂、抑制剂、pH调整剂、活化剂以及浮选机理,客观评价了各类药剂的优势和不足,并阐明了未来氟碳铈矿浮选药剂开发研究的重点以及发展趋势。
Bastnaesite ore is a crucial strategic mineral resource in our country,playing a vital role in various fields such as electronics,telecommunications,energy,and medical engineering.However,the recovery of bastnaesite in ore processing stage is generally low,leading to resource wastage.The main reasons for this are the complex ore property,low ore grade,and the lack of efficient separation technologies.This paper provides a comprehensive review of current research and application progress in bastnaesite flotation reagents,focusing on collector,depressant,pH modifier,activator,and flotation mechanism.It objectively evaluates the strengths and limitations of different reagents and elucidates the future research priorities and trends in the development of flotation reagents for bastnaesite.
