特性黏度对SiO_(2)气凝胶改性PET非等温结晶性能的影响

Effects of instinct viscosity on crystallization properties of PET/silica aerogel composites

摘要 将二氧化硅(SiO_(2))气凝胶粉体经分散处理,与精对苯二甲酸(PTA)、乙二醇(EG)等进行原位聚合制备改性聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET),采用差示扫描量热法研究了不同特性黏度SiO_(2)气凝胶改性PET聚酯的结晶行为,利用Jeziorny法处理非等温结晶动力学。结果表明,随着改性PET特性黏度的增加,冷结晶过程中晶粒尺寸分布逐渐变窄,熔融结晶晶粒尺寸分布小幅变宽;同时冷结晶能力变弱,但Z_(c)下降,半结晶时间t_(1/2)变短,冷结晶速率加快;熔融结晶能力变弱,Z_(c)减小,t_(1/2)增大,熔融结晶速率下降。 EG slurry was mixed with silica aerogel powder,and in-situ polymerization was used to create silica aerogel-modified polyethylene terephthalate(PET).By using differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)to examine the non-isothermal crystallization properties of PET/silica aerogel composites,the non-isothermal crystallization kinetics were described using the Jeziorny method.The findings demonstrated that it becomes more difficult to carry out crystallization as modified PET's instinct viscosity increases.While the size distribution of the melting crystallization is slightly widened,the size distribution of the cooling crystallization narrows.In the meantime,the cold crystallization rate increased while the cooling crystallization kinetics constant Z_(c) and the half-crystallization time t_(1/2)decreased.Additionally,there was a decrease in the melt crystallization rate,a decline in the melt crystallization kinetics constant Z_(c),and an increase in the half-crystallization time(t_(1/2)).
