摘要
目的了解贵州省某地基层医疗机构医院感染管理现状。方法通过问卷调查、现场查看及访谈方式,收集23家基层医疗机构医院感染管理资料并进行整理和分析。结果23家医疗机构中有15家公立医院、8家民营医院;26名医院感染管理专职人员中,护理专业人员占57.69%,无高职称和高学历人员,从事医院感染工作不满1年的占50%,医院感染控制人员更换频繁;21.74%的医疗机构未建立医院感染控制委员会;69.57%的医疗机构未开展医院感染监测;仅有1家医疗机构采用信息化监测系统;规范建设有消毒供应中心的医疗机构占17.39%;规范器械灭菌的医疗机构占56.52%;公立医院与民营医院在感染控制人员平均工作年限、器械灭菌符合要求方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论基层医疗机构医院感染监测亟待解决,需进一步加强医院感染专职人员队伍建设,持续完善医院感染组织体系和规范器械灭菌工作。
Objective To understand the current situation of nosocomial infection management in primary medical institutions in this area.Methods The management data of nosocomial infection in 23 primary medical institutions were collected and analyzed by means of questionnaire survey,on-site inspection and interview.Results Among the 23 medical institutions,15 were public hospitals and 8 were private hospitals.Among the 26 full-time staff of hospital infection,57.69%were nursing professionals.The staff without high professional title and high education accounted for 50%who had been working on hospital infection for less than 1 year.The staff of infection control changed frequently.21.74%of medical institutions did not establish a committee of infection control.69.57%of medical institutions did not carry out nosocomial infection monitoring,and only 1 medical institution adopted the information monitoring system.17.39%of medical institutions had standardized sterilization supply centers,and 56.52%of medical institutions had standardized sterilization of instruments.There was no statistical significance between public hospitals and private hospitals in the average working years of infection control personnel,independent setting of infection control departments and meeting the requirements of instrument sterilization(P>0.05).Conclusion Nosocomial infection monitoring urgently needs to be solved,further strengthen the construction of full-time staff of nosocomial infection,and it is still necessary to improve the nosocomial infection tissue system and standardize the sterilization of instruments.
