热醇化技术应用于烟草过剩提取液深加工处理研究

摘要 为提高烟草过剩提取液的资源化利用,通过优化热醇化反应条件,提高致香物质含量,并通过醇沉技术制备成烟草浸膏。结果表明,在最佳热醇化条件下:(1)烟草提取液总糖含量降低幅度达66.07%,由其制备的烟草浸膏的总糖含量降低幅度达66.42%;(2)烟草提取液共检测到致香成分74种,明显多于正常提取液中的49种,在此基础上制备的烟草浸膏中共检测到致香成分共55种,明显高于正常提取液制备的烟草浸膏中的38种。本研究可为提高电子烟用烟草浸膏品质提供理论依据。 In order to improve the resource utilization of the excess tobacco extract,Reaction conditions in thermal alcoholization process was optimized to increase the content of aroma substances,and tobacco extract was prepared by alcohol precipitation technology.Under optimal thermal alcoholization reaction conditions the results indicated that:(1)The total sugar content of the tobacco extract obtained decreased by 66.07%,and the total sugar content of the tobacco extract prepared therefrom was reduced by 66.42%;(2)Total of 74 aroma components were discovered in the tobacco extract,which was observably more than 49 in normal extract.And 55 aroma components were detected in the tobacco extract prepared,which was significantly higher than the 38 in the tobacco extract prepared from normal extracts.This research could provide a theoretical basis for improving the quality of tobacco extracts in electronic cigarettes.
