摘要
甘肃某铅锌矿由于矿石性质发生变化,生产指标也发生较大变化,该矿中Pb品位1.40%,Zn品位4.50%。试验研究表明:磨矿细度-0.074 mm占70%,D221为350 g/t,锌粗选硫酸铜为400 g/t,采用T15处理回水,能有效降低回水中的有害离子对指标的影响。闭路试验最终获得铅精矿中Pb品位61.58%,含Zn 5.59%,Pb回收率87.89%;锌精矿中Zn品位53.75%,含Pb 0.89%,Zn回收率95.11%的选矿指标。
Due to the change of ore properties,the production index of a lead-zinc mine in Gansu Province has changed greatly.The grade of Pb and Zn in the mine is 1.40%and 4.50%.The experimental results show that the optimum grinding finness is-0.074 mm,D221350 g/t,zinc coarse copper sulfate 400 g/t,T15 treatment of backwater,can effectively reduce the influence of harmful ions in the backwater on the index.Lead concentrate with Pb grade of 61.58%,Zn 5.59%and Pb recovery of 87.89%was obtained by closed-circuit test.The grade of Zn in zinc concentrate is 53.75%,the content of Pb is 0.89%,and the recovery rate of Zn is 95.11%.
