摘要
以PVC板材装配产线工艺流程为主干线,采用数字孪生技术对整体生产线建模、仿真与实现,各个模组传动系统和模组之间传动衔接利用传感器进行信号采集,实时监控生产线运行状态,为防止外界环境对传感器静态特性和动态特性干扰,影响传感器的感测元件、转换元件和输出元件的工作的稳定性,提出采用传感器测试软件对传感器感性能进行检测反馈信息,同时采用物联网通信技术全面有效地监控生产过程中每个环节节拍和相关设备运行状态,实际应用表明该技术能对传感器特性进行有效的监控,为及时更换传感器或对环境干扰提供科学数据依据,确保设备安全良好运行,保证产品质量和提高生产效益。
Focusing on the process flow of PVC sheet assembly production line,the digital twin technology is used to model,simulate,and implement the overall production line.The transmission system of each module and the transmission connection between modules are monitored by sensors for signal collection to prevent external interference with the static and dynamic characteristics of sensors,affecting the stability of the sensor's sensing components,conversion components,and output components,To this end,it is proposed to use sensor testing software to detect and provide feedback information on the sensor's inductive energy.At the same time,using Internet of Things communication technology can comprehensively and effectively monitor the rhythm of each link in the production process and the operating status of related equipment.After actual sensor testing with software,the data display can effectively monitor the sensor characteristics,providing scientific data basis for timely sensor replacement or environmental interference,ensure the safe and good operation of equipment,ensure product quality,and improve production efficiency.
