摘要
目的探究老年2型糖尿病护理中应用精准护理联合标准化健康教育护理模式的效果及对改善患者血糖水平、生活质量的影响。方法选取2022年4月—2023年4月淮安市第二人民医院收治的老年2型糖尿病患者90例,按照随机数表法分为两组,各45例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施精准护理联合标准化健康教育干预。比较两组患者干预前后效果。结果干预后,观察组心理状态、生活质量以及对疾病的认知水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组低血糖发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.444,P<0.05)。结论实施精准护理联合标准化健康教育干预可以提高老年2型糖尿病患者的疾病认知水平,稳定其心理状态,降低血糖水平,改善生活质量,并预防发生低血糖。
Objective To explore the application effect of precision nursing combined with standardized health educa-tion nursing mode in nursing care of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes and its impact on improving blood sugar level and quality of life of patients.Methods 90 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to Huai'an Second People's Hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received precision nursing combined with standardized health education intervention on the basis of the control group.Compared the effects of two groups of patients before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the psy-chological status,quality of life,and cognitive level of disease in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The fasting blood glucose,2-hour postpran-dial blood glucose,and glycated hemoglobin levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of hypoglycemia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.444,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of precision nursing combined with standardized health education intervention can improve the disease awareness level of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,stabilize their psychological state,reduce blood glucose levels,improve the quality of life,and prevent the occurrence of hypoglycemia.
