摘要
针对目前蛋鸡笼养设备破蛋率较高的问题,设计了一种新型的蛋鸡笼养设备。通过静态力学仿真和现场负载试验确定底网参数,采用往复型气缸和钢丝绳减缓鸡蛋滚落冲力,并增加防啄隔离挡板和鸡蛋分层分区传输设置。试验结果表明:新型蛋鸡笼养设备的破蛋率为1.75‰,低于行业内蛋鸡笼的破蛋率(2‰~3‰)。
A new type of egg cage raising equipment has been designed to address the issue of high egg breaking rates in current egg cage raising equipment.The parameters of the bottom net are determined by static mechanical simulation and on-site load test.Reciprocating cylinders and steel wire ropes are used to slow down the impact of egg rolling,and add anti-pecking isolation baffles and egg layered and partitioned transmission settings.The results show that the breaking rate of the new egg cage raising equipment is 1.75‰,which is lower than that of the cages in the industry(2‰~3‰).
