摘要
针对三叶螺旋桨在水平面内桨叶间的特殊角度,提出一种适于三叶螺旋桨全叶静平衡解算算法,采用轴承卸荷测量不平衡力矩,补偿系统的初始不平衡量,消除有限范围内轴承摩擦力对平衡检测的影响,编写上位机人机交互界面显示螺旋桨不平衡力矩大小和方向,解决螺旋桨不平衡量检测不精准问题。设计不平衡力矩的矢量分解,解决不平衡量方向与桨叶不重合问题。
In view of the special angle between the blades of a 3-blade propeller in the horizontal plane,a static balance calculation method suitable for full-blade propeller is proposed.Bearing unloading is used to detect the imbalance torque,compensate for the initial imbalance of the system,eliminate the influence of bearing friction on balance detection in the limited range,programming the magnitude and direction of imbalance torque of the propeller displayed on the HMI of the host computer,thus solve the problem of inaccurate propeller imbalance detection.Design the vector decomposition of the imbalance torque to solve the problem of noncoincidence between direction of imbalance and the blade.
