摘要
目的探讨止嗽散配合穴位贴敷治疗儿童感冒后咳嗽的临床效果。方法选取2022年4月—2023年7月茂名市妇幼保健院诊治的感冒后咳嗽患儿120例,按随机数表法均分为观察组、对照组,各60例。观察组给予止嗽散配合穴位贴敷治疗,对照组给予止嗽散治疗。比较两组临床治疗效果、咳嗽评分及临床相关指标情况。结果观察组的临床治疗有效率为100.00%高于对照组的96.67%,但差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=2.034,P>0.05)。治疗后,两组咳嗽评分均降低,且观察组评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组呼吸急促消失时间,咳嗽、咳痰消失时间更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论止嗽散配合穴位贴敷治疗儿童感冒后咳嗽临床效果显著,咳嗽评分降低,临床相关指标改善明显。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Zhikesan cooperating with acupuncture point plastering in the treatment of cough after cold in children.Methods A total of 120 children with cough after cold diagnosed and treated in Maoming Maternal and Child Health Hospital from April 2022 to July 2023 were selected and divided into observa‐tion group and control group according to random number table method,with 60 cases each.The observation group was treated with Zhisou Shan combined with acupoint application,and the control group was treated with Zhisou Shan.The clinical therapeutic effect,cough score and clinical related indicators were compared between the two groups.Re⁃sults The clinical effective rate of observation group(100.00%)was higher than that of control group(96.67%),but the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=2.034,P>0.05).After treatment,the cough score of both groups was de‐creased,and the score of observation group was lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically signifi‐cant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the disappearance time of tachypnea,cough and sputum in the obser‐vation group was shorter,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Zhisou Shan cooperating with acupuncture point plastering in the treatment of children with cough after cold is remark‐able,the cough score is reduced,and the clinical related indexes are improved obviously.
