摘要
目的分析全血淀粉样蛋白A(serum amyloid A,SAA)、C-反应蛋白(C-Reactive Protein,CRP)、降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)检测对小儿急性期感染的诊断效果。方法选取2020年1月—2022年1月在临沂市人民医院检验科收治的120例感染疾病患儿为研究对象,纳入观察组,并选取同期在我院进行健康体检的60例健康儿童为对照组。分别检测SAA,CRP和PCT水平,并分析其各自与联合的诊断效能。结果观察组SAA(225.46±61.23)mg/L、PCT(1.86±1.12)ng/mL、CRP(33.68±9.06)mg/L水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=27.233、12.638、20.613,P<0.05);联合检验诊断小儿急性期感染性疾病灵敏性为97.48%,特异性为95.00%,准确度为96.11%,联合检验诊断灵敏性、准确度均高于SAA、PCT、CRP检测。结论采用全血SAA、CRP、PCT联合检测能效检出儿童是否罹患急性期感染性疾病,均有临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze the diagnostic effect of serum amyloid A(SAA),C-reactive protein(CRP)and procalcitonin(PCT)in children with acute infection.Methods A total of 120 infected children admitted to the Department of Laboratory of Linyi People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects and included into the observation group,and 60 healthy children who underwent physical examination in the hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of SAA,CRP and PCT were detected respectively,and the diagnostic efficacy of each and the combination were analyzed.Results The levels of SAA(225.46±61.23)mg/L,PCT(1.86±1.12)ng/mL and CRP(33.68±9.06)mg/L in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=27.233,12.638,20.613,P<0.05).The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of the combination test were 97.48%,95.00%and 96.11%respectively.The sensitivity and accuracy of the combination test were higher than that of SAA,PCT and CRP.Conclusion It is of clinical value to use whole blood SAA,CRP and PCT to detect whether children suffer from acute infectious diseases.
