摘要
论述了废旧涤棉纺织品的分离方法,即醇解法、酸解法等传统化学分离方法以及生物酶法、水热法及离子液体法等新型化学分离方法,对废旧纺织品在回收利用过程中存在的技术、政策和认知问题等提出了一些建议;介绍了废旧涤棉纺织品回收后可以应用的各个领域,如作为生物炭材料、电极材料、清洁燃料以及气凝胶等。废旧涤棉纺织品的回收再利用将极大推动我国再生资源的可持续发展,为我国达成“双碳”目标助力。
The separation methods of waste polyester/cotton textiles,including traditional chemical separation methods such as alcoholysis and acidolysis are discussed,as well as new chemical separation methods such as biological enzyme method,hydrothermal method,and ionic liquid method.Some suggestions are put forward for the technical,policy,and cognitive issues in the recycling and utilization process of waste textiles;The various fields in which waste polyester/cotton textiles can be used after recycling,such as as biochar materials,electrode materials,clean fuels and aerogel,are introduced.The recycling and reuse of waste polyester/cotton textiles will greatly promote the sustainable development of renewable resources in China and help achieve the“dual carbon”goal.
