摘要
目的探究血液学检验实习带教中实施基于问题式学习教学法的相关意义。方法选取2022年1—12月临沂市兰山区半程中心医院检验科12名实习人员为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为研究组和对照组,每组6名。对照组采用常规带教教学法,研究组采用基于问题式学习教学法。对比两组研究教学效果评分、教学方法评价、实习人员实习工作满意度。结果开展带教工作后,研究组教学效果评分、教学方法评价评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血液学检验实习带教中实施基于问题式学习教学法,效果积极,促进实习人员理论及技能提升。
Objective To investigate the significance of implementing problem-based learning teaching method in hematology testing internship teaching.Methods A total of 12 interns from the clinical Laboratory of Lanshan District Central Hospital of Linyi City from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with 6 interns in each group.The control group adopted the conventional teaching method,and the research group adopted the question-based learning method.The teaching effectiveness score,teaching method evaluation and interns'job satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After carrying out the teaching work,the teaching effectiveness score,teaching method evaluation score of the research group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of problem-based learning teaching method in the teaching of hematology testing internship has a positive effect and promotes the theoretical and skill enhancement of interns.
