基于环保除尘技术的沥青搅拌设备改进研究

摘要 本文旨在通过基于环保除尘技术的沥青搅拌设备的改进研究,实现沥青搅拌过程中颗粒物排放的显著减少,从而降低对环境的不良影响。首先,分析了当前沥青搅拌设备在生产过程中存在的颗粒物排放问题,并提出了采用先进的环保除尘技术来解决这一问题的方法。其次,设计了一套集成除尘系统,包括湿式电除尘和重力除尘的组合,以有效地捕获和去除悬浮颗粒物。在实验中,对改进后的沥青搅拌设备进行了排放性能测试,结果显示,与传统设备相比,改进后的设备颗粒物排放显著降低超过30%。基于实验数据,得出了环保除尘技术在降低沥青搅拌过程中颗粒物排放方面的显著效果。 This article aims to improve the asphalt mixing equipment based on environmental dust removal technology,and achieve a significant reduction in particulate matter emissions during the asphalt mixing process,thereby reducing the adverse impact on the environment.Firstly,the problem of particulate matter emissions in the production process of current asphalt mixing equipment was analyzed,and a method to solve this problem using advanced environmental dust removal technology was proposed.Secondly,an integrated dust removal system was designed,including a combination of wet electrostatic and gravity dust removal,to effectively capture and remove suspended particulate matter.In the experiment,emission performance tests were conducted on the improved asphalt mixing equipment,and the results showed that compared with traditional equipment,the improved equipment significantly reduced particulate matter emissions by over 30%.Based on experimental data,a significant effect of environmentally friendly dust removal technology in reducing particulate matter emissions during asphalt mixing was obtained.
