摘要
针对煤矿三角形作业区液压支架调节过程中控制难度大、稳定性差的问题,对该工况下煤矿的开采与液压支架的跟机调节流程作出改进,在此基础上设计一种液压支架自动调节装置的控制优化方案。将改进后的工作流程与液压支架调节装置投入实际生产工作。应用结果表明:优化方案的引入使采煤机与液压支架组配合更加协调,液压支架控制人员减少50%,综采工作面工作效率提升7.9%,同时克服了液压支架稳定性差的弊端。
Aiming at the problems of difficult control and poor stability in the adjustment process of hydraulic support in the triangular operation area of coal mine,the process of coal mining and hydraulic support following machine adjustment under the working condition is improved,and a control optimization scheme of the automatic adjustment device of the hydraulic support is designed on the basis of the improved working process and the control optimization scheme of the automatic adjustment device of the hydraulic support is designed on the basis of the improved working flow.The improved workflow and hydraulic bracket regulating device are put into actual production work.The final results show that:the introduction of the optimization scheme makes the coal mining machine and the hydraulic support group more coordinated,reduces the hydraulic support control personnel by 50%,improves the working efficiency of the comprehensive mining face by 7.9%,and at the same time overcomes the disadvantage of poor stability of the hydraulic support.
