综采工作面过断层区支护优化应用 被引量:1

Application of Support Optimisation for Comprehensive Mining Face over Fault Zones

摘要 基于惠阳煤矿15111工作面回采过断层期间受构造应力、回采应力等影响,工作面端面破碎、煤壁片帮以及尾端头三角煤柱垮落现象,根据原支护存在的问题,对断层区支护技术进行优化改进,提出了“注浆+超前搭梁+梯形梁组合锚索”联合支护方案。通过实际应用效果来看,断层区支护优化后,工作面端面距控制在0.5 m以下,端面顶板未出现冒漏现象;煤壁片帮深度控制在0.8 m以下,尾顺槽围岩变形率降低至5%,保证了工作面安全高效回采,取得了显著应用成效。 Based on the Huiyang coal mine 15111 working face back mining over the fault during the tectonie stress,back mining stress and other impacts,the working face end face crushing,coal wall sheet gangs,and the tail end of the head of the triangular coal pllar collapsed phenomenon,according to the problems of the original support,the support technology of the fault zone optimisation and improvement,put forward"grouting+over the front of the overlapping beams+trapezoidal beams combination of anchors"Through the actual application ffect,after the optimisation of fault zone support,the face distance is controlled below 0.5m,and there is no leakage phenomenon on the face top plate;the depth of coal wall flake is controlled below 0.8 m,and the deformation rate of tailrace perimeter rock is reduced to 5%,which ensures the safe and efcient mining of the working face,and has achieved remarkable application results.
