摘要
针对樟子松(Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica)人工纯林自然更新困难的问题,通过探究樟子松凋落叶覆盖量及处理时间对土壤酚类物质的影响,分析樟子松凋落叶与樟子松幼苗的关系,为樟子松幼苗更新及科学抚育提供依据。试验采用盆栽法培养樟子松幼苗,通过实地踏查,使用环刀法测量林地樟子松凋落叶覆盖量后,确定4种樟子松凋落叶覆盖量(4.30、2.15、1.08、0.54 kg·m^(-2))处理。分别使用福林酚法和高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定土壤总酚和单体酚质量分数,通过方差分析比较不同覆盖量和处理时间对土壤酚类物质质量分数的影响,并通过冗余分析(RDA)分析土壤酚类物质与幼苗生长、生理指标的关系。结果表明:(1)在樟子松凋落叶覆盖处理后,土壤中检出了咖啡酸、丁香酸、香兰素、肉桂酸、花旗松素等5种酚类物质;(2)酚类物质在本试验所用沙土的留存量为凋落叶的0.37%~2.77%;(3)覆盖量、处理时间以及两者交互作用均对土壤总酚质量分数及5种酚类物质质量分数产生极显著影响(P<0.01);(4)土壤咖啡酸和肉桂酸对土壤总酚贡献较多,与其呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);(5)土壤酚类物质质量分数与樟子松幼苗鲜质量、叶绿素质量分数、可溶性蛋白质量分数和根系活力呈负相关,与丙二醛质量摩尔浓度呈正相关。樟子松凋落叶中含有多种酚类物质,使土壤总酚、咖啡酸、丁香酸、肉桂酸和香兰素质量分数不同程度升高,对樟子松幼苗的生长和生理特征产生一定程度的抑制,其中咖啡酸和肉桂酸是影响幼苗的主要酚类物质。
Aimed at the problem of artificial pure forests natural regeneration difficulty of Pinus sylvestris var.Mongolica,the relationship between leaf litter and seedling of P.sylvestris var.Mongolica was analyzed through exploring the effects of leaf litter cover amount and treatment time on soil phenols,in order to provide a basis for seedling regeneration and scientific tending.In this experiment,P.sylvestris var.Mongolica seedlings were cultivated using pot planting method.Through on-the-spot inspections and the use of cutting-ring method to measure the cover amount of P.sylvestris var.Mongolica leaf litter in woodland,P.sylvestris var.Mongolica leaf litter cover amount(4.30,2.15,1.08,0.54 kg·m-2)were determined for the four treatments.The mass fraction of total phenol and monomer phenol in the soil were determined using the Foline-phenol method and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),respectively.The influence of different cover amount and treatment time on the mass fraction of soil phenolic substances were compared using variance analysis,and the relationship between soil phenolic substances and seedling growth,physiological indexes was analyzed through redundancy analysis(RDA).The results showed that:(1)After the treatment of P.sylvestris var.Mongolica leaf litter cover,five phenolic substances including caffeic acid,syringic acid,vanillin,cinnamic acid,and taxifolin were detected in the soil.(2)The retention of phenolic substances in the aeolian sandy soil used in this experiment was 0.37%~2.77% of the leaf litter.(3)The mass fraction of total phenol and 5 phenols were significantly affected by different cover amount,treatment time and their interaction(P<0.01).(4)Soil caffeic acid and cinnamic acid contributed more to the total phenols in the soil,and were significantly positively correlated with them(P<0.01).(5)The mass fraction of soil phenolic substances was negatively correlated with the fresh weight,chlorophyll mass fraction,soluble protein mass fraction,root activity,and positively correlated with malondialdehyde content of P.sylvestris var.Mongolica seedlings.P.sylvestris var.Mongolica leaf littercontains various phenolic substances,which increase the mass fraction of total phenols,caffeic acid,syringic acid,cinnamic acid,and vanillin in the soil to varying degrees,and inhibit the growth and physiological characteristics of P.sylvestris seedlings to some extent.Among the phenolic substances,caffeic acid and cinnamic acid were the main phenolic substances that affect the seedlings.
