挖金湾矿无煤柱自成巷技术关键参数研究与应用

Research and Application of Key Parameters of Non Coal Pillar Self Formed Roadway Technology in WaJinwan Mine

摘要 为实现无煤柱自成巷开采,以挖金湾矿8106综采工作面为试验面,运用数值模拟、围岩位移监测等手段,采取切顶卸压、巷内补强、采空区封堵等技术措施,对主要参数进行研究,确定切缝合理深度7 m、角度15°,采用恒阻大变形锚索进行补强支护。矿压监测表明,留巷围岩变形微小,支护效果较好。 In order to achieve self formed roadway mining without coal pillars,using the 8106 fully mechanized mining face of WaJinwan Mine as the experimental face,numerical simulation and surrounding rock displacement monitoring were used,and technical measures such as roof cutting pressure relief,roadway reinforcement,and goaf sealing were adopted.The main parameters were studied,and the reasonable depth of the cutting seam was determined to be 7 m and the angle was 15°.Constant resistance and large deformation anchor cables were used for reinforcement and support.Mine pressure monitoring shows that the deformation of the surrounding rock in the retained roadway is small,and the support effect is good.
