摘要
如何重新定义智能时代教师的角色和能力已成为推动未来教育发展亟须解决的时代命题。面对育人目标、学习方式、教学模式的根本性变革,教师角色必须实现三个转变,即从“教书匠”转变为“育人师”、从“结界师”转变为“联结者”、从“独行侠”转变为“协同者”。同时,智能时代教师必须具备“智”创课程、“智”联世界、“智”主发展三项核心素养。
How to redefine the role and ability of teachers in the age of intelligence has become an urgent issue to promote the development of future education.In the face of the fundamental changes in educational objectives,learning methods and teaching models,teachers must realize three changes in their roles:from a teacher to an educator,from a Kekkaishi to a connector,from a Lone Ranger to a collaborator.At the same time,teachers in the age of intelligence must have the three core competences:redesigning the curriculum,connecting the world,focusing on self-development.
