芍药苷滴丸的制备工艺及抑菌活性研究 被引量:1

摘要 优选芍药苷滴丸的最佳制备工艺并研究其抑菌活性。采用单因素考察结合正交实验设计法优化芍药苷滴丸的制备工艺。得到芍药苷滴丸的最佳制备工艺:基质为PEG4000与PEG6000比例1∶1,药物基质比1∶4,药液温度90℃,冷却液为二甲基硅油、10℃,滴距8 cm,滴速30 d/min。芍药苷滴丸的最佳制备工艺稳定简易可行,制备的滴丸符合质量要求。制备的芍药苷滴丸对金黄色葡萄球菌、乙型副伤寒沙门氏菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌有较好的抑制作用。 The preparation process of paeoniflorin dropping pills and study its antibacterial activity was optimized.The preparation of paeoniflorin dropping pills was optimized by single factor experiment combined with orthogonal experiment with the coefficient of variation of pill weight and the time limit of dissolution.The optimal preparation process of paeoniflorin dropping pills was as follows:PEG4000 to PEG6000 ratio was 1∶1 as matrix,drug to matrix ratio was 1∶4,liquid temperature was 90℃,coolant of dimethylsilicone oil was at 10℃,drop distance was 8 cm,drop rate was 30 d/min.The optimal preparation process of paeoniflorin dropping pills was stable,simple and feasible,and the prepared dropping pills met the quality requirements.The paeoniflorin dropping pellet had a good inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus,Salmonella paratyphi B,Bacillus subtilis and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
