摘要
不干胶纸标签广泛应用于物流、医药、食品、日化等行业。为了应对不同的贴标场景和标签规格,设计一款旋转式贴标机械臂。该贴标机械臂能够自动适配不同的标签规格,调整贴标角度,实现与打印机的有效通信,确保同步运作,并整合于自动化生产线,显著提高了包装线的自动化水平和贴标效率,减少了错误贴标,有效满足智能制造业的需求。
Adhesive paper labels are widely used in logistics,medicine,food,daily chemical and other industries.In order to cope with different labeling scenarios and label specifications,a rotary labeling robot arm is designed.The labeling arm can automatically adapt to different label specifications,adjust the labeling angle,achieve effective communication with the printer,ensure synchronous operation,and integrate into the automated production line,which significantly improves the automation level of the packaging line,improves the labeling efficiency,reduces the wrong labeling,and effectively meets the needs of the intelligent manufacturing industry.
