摘要
对现有盘条高速立式放线方式进行分析,说明摇臂被动旋转立式放线和放线座被动旋转立式放线存在的问题。通过对摇臂增加减速电机、安装单向轴承及在花篮架安装锥形盖板等方式改进,可以实现100 m/min高速立式放线。改善后立式放线乱线频次由平均每月157次下降到每月0次,钢丝表面质量一级品率由88.30%上升到96.50%,每个配套收线机电耗由9.20 kW·h下降到7.05 kW·h。
To analyze existing high-speed vertical pay-off mode of wire rod,problems of passive rotating vertical pay-off of rocker arm and pay-off base are explained.The high-speed vertical payout of 100 m/min can be realized by adding decelerating motor to rocker arm,installing unidirectional bearing and installing conical cover plate on flower basket frame.After improvement of vertical pay-off,frequency of disorderly lines decreased from average 157 times per month to 0 times per month,steel wire surface quality first grade rate rose from 88.30%to 96.50%,and consumption of each supporting take-up machine decreased from 9.20 kW·h to 7.05 kW·h.
