摘要
目的 观察依折麦布联合瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus, T2DM)合并高脂血症(hyperlipidemia,HL)的临床效果。方法 选取2019年8月—2020年8月于南方医院太和分院收治的71例T2DM合并HL患者,按照随机数表法分为观察组(n=36)和对照组(n=35)。对照组予以瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合依折麦布治疗。连续治疗6个月后比较两组患者疗效;比较患者治疗前后血糖、血脂代谢及心功能指标变化以及不良反应。结果 治疗后,观察组的治疗总有效率为97.22%,高于对照组的82.86%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.121,P<0.05);治疗后,观察组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 依折麦布联合瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗T2DM合并HL患者的效果明显,可显著降低患者血糖、血脂水平,降低心脑血管意外发生风险,安全性高。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of ezetimibe combined with rosuvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)with hyperlipidemia(HL).Methods 71 patients with T2DM complicated with HL admitted to Taihe Branch of Nanhua Hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected and divided into observation group(n=36)and control group(n=35)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with rosuvastatin calcium tablets,and the observation group was treated with ezetimibe based on the control group.After 6 months of continuous treatment,the efficacy of the two groups was compared.The changes of blood glucose,blood lipid metabolism,cardiac function indexes and adverse reactions were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.22%,which was higher than that of the control group was 82.86%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.121,P<0.05).After treatment,the level of the high density lipoprotein cholesterol in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Ezetimibe combined with rosuvastatin calcium tablet has obvious effect in the treatment of T2DM patients with HL,which can significantly reduce the level of blood glucose and blood lipid,reduce the risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accidents,and has high safety.
