摘要
目的:分析颈椎病患者采用颈椎保健操联合健康教育干预的效果。方法:选取2020年6月—2021年6月东莞市莞城人民医院收治的颈椎病患者82例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予颈椎保健操联合健康教育干预。比较两组患者护理效果。结果:观察组服务态度、健康教育、操作技能、业务素养评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组健康理念、疾病基础知识、疼痛缓解、功能锻炼评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组活动功能恢复正常时间、颈椎疼痛消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:颈椎病患者联合应用健康教育和颈椎保健操的效果显著,对于促进患者活动功能恢复具有积极意义,可提高患者疾病认知程度及护理满意度,缩短恢复时间。
Objective:To analyze the effect of cervical health exercise combined with patient education intervention in patients with cervical spondylosis.Methods:82 patients with cervical spondylosis admitted to Guancheng People's Hospital of Dongguan from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the method of randomized numerical table,each of which was 41 cases.The control group was given convention⁃al nursing intervention,and the observation group was given cervical health exercise combined with patient education intervention.the nursing effect of the two groups of patients was compared.Results:Nursing attitude,patient education,operation skills,profes⁃sional skill scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi⁃cant(P<0.05);the scores of health common knowledge,basic knowledge of disease,pain relief,and functional exercise in the ob⁃servation group fwere higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the time for the return of normal daily-life activities,and the relieving time for cervical pain of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of patient education and cervical health exercises in patients with cervical spondylosis has a significant effect on promoting the return of daily-life ac⁃tivities of patients.And it can improve patients'knowledge of the disease and satisfaction with nursing care,as well as shorten the recovery time.
