摘要
教育数字化与教育新形态有助于实现教育公平、推进高校教育高质量发展、推动教学改革创新。在数字化时代,教育数字化是我国数字中国战略的一部分。现阶段我国高校教育发展虽然进行了数字化转变,但是仍然存在缺乏有效的数字化教育内容和平台、教师数字素养不足、数字基础设施不足的问题。基于教育数字化背景下的高校教育现状,可以建立健全数字化平台,吸纳优质教学资源;构建数字素养发展新机制,提升教师数字素养;完善数字基础设施建设,发挥数字技术优势,以期推动高校教育新形态的形成,助力教育数字化建设及我国教育强国建设。
Digitalized education and new forms of education will guarantee the educational fairness and progress the high-quality development of higher educationas well as the teaching reforms and innovations.Present development of China’s higher education still faces problems including inefficient digitalized contents and platforms,lack of qualified teachers and insufficient infrastructure.Countermeasures should be taken as follows:to construct and improve digitalized platforms,to introduce more excellent teaching resources,to establish new mechanisms and enhance teachers’digital literacy,to perfect digitalized infrastructure and make full use of digital technology so as to advance the new forms of education and digitalized education and to build China a leading power in education.
