摘要
目的 探讨分析加速康复外科在下肢感染性复合组织缺损护理的临床效果。方法 选取2021年7月至2023年7月我院收治的80例下肢感染性复合组织缺损患者,按治疗方式不同分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(加速康复外科护理)2组,各40例,对比分析两组干预效果。结果 观察组较对照组首次下床、住院、上皮组织完全覆盖创面及创面愈合时间更短(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组满意度高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 加速康复外科护理可减轻下肢感染性复合组织缺损患者术后疼痛程度,加速恢复,减少术后并发症事件,患者满意度高。
Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgery in the care of lower limb infectious composite tissue defects.Methods A total of 80 patients with lower limb infectious composite tissue defects admitted to our hospital from July 2021 to July 2023.They were classified by different treatment methods control group(routine nursing) and an observation group(accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing) using the digital table method,with 40 cases each.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had a shorter time for first time getting out of bed,hospitalization,complete epithelial tissue coverage of the wound,and wound healing(P<0.05);The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P <0.05);The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion:Accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing can reduce postoperative pain levels,accelerate recovery,and reduce postoperative complications in patients with lower limb infectious composite tissue defects.Patients are also more satisfied with nursing.
