基于主轴扭矩—转角特性的高压隔离开关缺陷分析仿真

Analysis and Simulation of High Voltage Disconnector Defects Based on Spindle Torque-rotation Angle Characteristics

摘要 高压隔离开关的工作环境较为恶劣,导致其经常出现各种故障问题,为电网运行带来巨大安全隐患。为提高高压隔离开关的检修质量,提出基于主轴扭矩—转角特性的高压隔离开关缺陷分析仿真。搭建仿真平台,利用非植入式主轴扭矩—转角检测系统测量分闸与合闸过程中主轴扭矩—转角特性曲线,分析高压隔离开关的运动特性。仿真结果证明,卡涩状态下根据主轴扭矩—转角特性曲线得知合闸段的相关系数为0.81,证明高压隔离开关远远偏离正常状态,能够直观反映其存在卡涩缺陷;平衡弹簧疲劳状态下根据主轴扭矩—转角特性曲线得知合闸面积低于分闸面积,合闸段的相关系数远远低于正常值,说明平衡弹簧处于疲劳状态,文中方法具有一定的应用价值。 The working environment of high voltage disconnector is relatively harsh,which often leads to various faults and problems and brings huge safety hazards to the operation of power grid.For improving the maintenance quality of high voltage disconnector,a high voltage disconnector defect analysis simulation based on the spindle torque-rotation angle characteristics is proposed.The simulation platform is set up and the non-implantable spindle torque-rotation angle detection system is used to measure the spindle torque-rotation angle characteristic curve dur-ing the opening and closing process and analyze the movement characteristics of the high voltage disconnector.The simulation results prove that the correlation coefficient of the closing section is 0.81 in accordance with the spindle torque-angle characteristic curve in the jam state,which proves that the high voltage disconnector is far from the nor-mal state,and can directly reflect the jamming defect.In case of the fatigue state of the balance spring it is know through the spindle torque-angle characteristic curve that the closing area is lower than the opening area,and the cor-relation coefficient of the closing section is much lower than the normal value,indicating that the balance spring is in a fatigue state.The method in this paper has certain application value.
