摘要
目的 针对盆腔炎患者实施妇科千金片联合康妇消炎栓方案对治疗效果的影响展开评价与分析。方法方便选取2022年1月—2023年2月福建省中医药科学院收治的76例盆腔炎患者为研究对象,用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各38例。对照组应用妇科千金片治疗;观察组应用妇科千金片联合康妇消炎栓治疗,针对两组治疗效果、炎性因子变化、症状消失时间、不良反应发生率实施对照研究。结果 观察组临床总疗效94.74%高于对照组,且复发率2.63%低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.145、4.537,P<0.05);治疗后,观察组白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-8、肿瘤坏死因子-α均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组各症状消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率5.26%与对照组10.53%比较,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.181,P>0.05)。结论 应用妇科千金片联合康妇消炎栓的方案治疗盆腔炎患者,有助于降低其机体炎症指标,缩短症状改善消失时间,该方法的治疗效果较好,复发率低,且不会显著增加不良反应。
Objective To evaluate and analyze the effect of gynecological Qianjin tablet combinedwith Kangfu Xiaoyan supposit on the treatment of patients with pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods A total of 76 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to Fujian Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to February 2023were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with gynecological Qianjin tablets.The observation group was treated with gynecologica Qianjin tablet combined with Kangfu Xiaoyan suppository.A control study was conducted on the therapeutic effect,changes of inflammatory factors,disappearance time of symptoms,and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results The total clinical efficacy of the observation group 94.74% was higher than that of the control group 78.95%,and the recurrence rate 2.63% was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(χ~2=4.145,4.537,P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6,interleukin-8 and tumor necrosis factor-α in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group(5.26%)and the control group(10.53%)(χ~2=0.181,P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of gynecological Qianjin tablet and Kangfu Xiaoyan supposit in the treatment of patients with pelvic inflammatory disease can help to reduce the inflammatory indexes of the body and shorten the time of symptom improvement and disappearance.The treatment effect of this method is good,the recurrence rate is low,and the adverse reactions are not significantly increased.
