摘要
[目的]研究不同品种公猪精液质量的差异,提高公猪饲养管理水平。[方法]收集2021年4月—2022年11月,湖南省32个生猪良补县51批次247头成年公猪(长白猪73头、大白猪75头、杜洛克猪99头)的精液质量数据,通过方差分析探讨不同品种公猪精液的活力、畸形率和精子运动参数等差异。[结果]不同品种公猪精液的活力和畸形率没有显著差异;长白猪精子的缓慢比例显著高于杜洛克猪和大白猪,长白猪精子的转圈比例显著低于杜洛克猪和大白猪,其他运动轨迹参数差异不显著。[结论]长白猪精子的迁移速率低于杜洛克猪和大白猪,长白猪前向运动精子数的比例高于杜洛克猪和大白猪。
[Objectives]The differences in semen quality of different breeds of boars were studied to improve the level of boar breeding and management.[Methods]The semen quality data of 247 adult male boars including 73 Landrace pigs,75 Large White pigs,and 99 Duroc pigs from 51 batches in 32 pig breeding counties in Hunan Province from April 2021 to November 2022 were collected.The differences in semen vitality,deformity rate,and parameters of sperm motility among different breeds of boars were studied with analysis of variance.[Results]There was no significant difference in the vitality and deformity rate of semen among different breeds of boars.The slow proportion of sperm in Landrace pigs was significantly higher than that in Duroc and Large White pigs.The proportion of sperm rotation in Landrace pigs was significantly lower than that in Duroc and Large White pigs.There was no significant difference in other trajectory parameters.[Conclusions]The migration rate of sperm in Landrace pigs was lower than that in Duroc and Large White pigs,and the proportion of forward moving sperm in Landrace pigs was higher than that in Duroc and Large White pigs.
