摘要
该研究从乡村振兴战略的视角,着重研究乡村人才振兴,并对其在乡村振兴战略中的重要作用进行深入探讨。针对乡村人才振兴所面临的重视程度不足、人才流失严重、培训制度不完善和人才结构不优化等制约因素,提出以制度创新为核心的对策。希望能为我国乡村振兴和乡村人才振兴提供更多参考。
From the perspective of Rural Revitalization Strategy,this study focuses on the revitalization of rural talents,and probes into its important role in the strategy of rural revitalization.In view of the restrictive factors faced by the revitalization of rural talents,such as insufficient attention,serious brain drain,imperfect training system and unoptimized talent structure,this paper puts forward some countermeasures with system innovation as the core,in the hope that it can provide more reference for the revitalization of rural areas and the revitalization of rural talents.
