摘要
能源互联网是提升电力质量、优化电力服务的重要系统,其运行时整合了多种高新技术手段,实现了电力系统覆盖范围的有效延展,但同时也增大了电力系统的运行风险。为保障能源互联网运行的安全性与稳定性,文章设计了具有宏观预警以及微观预警双重功能的风险预警系统,结合能源互联网的风险预警功能需求及常规数据流程,立足框架、功能、交互、数据库、系统安全5个维度展开了系统设计,旨在及时发现并提示能源互联网的风险隐患,确保风险的有效预防与控制,从而驱动能源互联网的连续与高效运行。
Energy Internet is an important system to improve the quality of electricity and optimize the power service,and its operation integrates a variety of high-tech means to realize the effective extension of the coverage of the power system,but it also increases the risk of the operation of the power system.In order to ensure the security and stability of the operation of the energy Internet,the article designs a risk warning system with the dual functions of macro warning and micro warning,combining the risk warning function requirements of the energy Internet and the conventional data process,and based on the five dimensions of the framework,function,interaction,database,and system security to carry out the design of the system,which aims to discover and prompt the hidden risks of the energy Internet in a timely manner,and to ensure effective prevention and control of risks,so as to drive the energy Internet and optimize the operation of the power system.The system is designed to detect and alert the potential risks of the energy Internet in time,ensure effective risk prevention and control,and thus drive the continuous and efficient operation of the energy Internet.
