摘要 桃是我国北方四大栽培果树之一,在促进农业经济发展过程中发挥着重要作用。桃属于不耐贮运品种,果实采后褐变、腐烂、低温冷害等问题一直未能得到有效解决,严重影响了桃产业的健康发展。对桃果实采后生理、影响桃果实贮藏性的主要因素、桃果实保鲜技术的研究现状进行综述,旨为桃果实采后精准、高效、安全的保鲜新技术研究和应用提供一定的参考。 Peach is one of the four major fruit trees cultivated in northern China,which plays an important role in promoting the development of agricultural economy.Peach fruits are difficult to store and transport,and the problems such as postharvest browning,decay,and chilling injury have not been effectively solved,which seriously affects the healthy development of peach industry.The postharvest physiology of peach fruits,the fac-tors affecting storability,and the research status of different preservation technologies were discussed,aiming to provide a certain reference for the research and application of new technologies for the precise,efficient and safe postharvest preservation of peach fruits.
