摘要
该文以基层业务管理需求为立足点,以问题的解决及实现为最终目标,通过机器人技术,研究针对基层业务管理数据的不共享,数据重复录、共享难、多头报和报表繁等问题,利用机器人规范化、流程化工作模式来打通该业务领域内信息化管理的局限问题,让机器人代替人工实现业务数据的互通共享以减轻重复工作负担,为业务人员节省时间提高工作效率。
This paper takes the needs of grass-roots business management as the foothold,takes the solution and realization of the problem as the ultimate goal,and studies the non-sharing of grass-roots business management data through robot technology.The problems such as repeated recording of data,difficulty in sharing,multiple reports and complicated reports are studied,and the standardization and process work mode of robot is used to break through the limitations of information management in this business field.In order to reduce the burden of repetitive work and save the time and improve the work efficiency,a robot can be used instead of human to realize the interworking and sharing of business data.
