摘要
目的探讨哌拉西林钠舒巴坦钠联合喜炎平治疗老年急性肺部感染的临床效果。方法选取2020年1月至2022年8月龙南市第一人民医院收治的59例老年急性肺部感染患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为单一组(29例,常规哌拉西林钠舒巴坦钠治疗)和联合组(30例,哌拉西林钠舒巴坦钠联合喜炎平治疗),比较两组的治疗效果。结果联合组治疗有效率显著高于单一组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组与单一组治疗期间不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);联合组白细胞恢复正常时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺啰音消失时间、体温恢复正常时间与住院时间均显著短于单一组(P<0.05);治疗后联合组血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)、白细胞计数(WBC)水平均显著低于单一组(P<0.05),免疫蛋白G(IgG)、免疫蛋白A(IgA)均显著高于单一组(P<0.05)。结论对老年急性肺部感染患者采用哌拉西林钠舒巴坦钠与喜炎平联合治疗,可快速改善患者的临床症状,减轻炎症反应,提高免疫功能,且不会增加不良反应,临床效果显著。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of piperacillin sodium and sulbactam sodium combined with Xiyanping in the treatment of elderly patients with acute pulmonary infection.Methods Fifty-nine elderly patients with acute pulmonary infection admitted to the First People's Hospital of Longnan City from January 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a single group(29 cases,conventional piperacillin sodium and sulbactam sodium)and a combination group(30 cases,piperacillin sodium and sulbactam sodium combined with Xiyanping)according to random number table method,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of combination group was significantly higher than that of single group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the combined group and the single group(P>0.05).The time of white blood cell return to normal,cough disappearance time,lung rales disappearance time,temperature return to normal time and hospital stay in combination group were significantly shorter than those in single group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum interleukin-6(IL-6),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),procalcitonin(PCT)and white blood cell count(WBC)in combination group were significantly lower than those in single group(P<0.05),and immune protein G(IgG)and immune protein A(IgA)were significantly higher than those in single group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination treatment of piperacillin sodium and sulbactam sodium with Xiyanping in elderly patients with acute pulmonary infection can rapidly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce inflammation,improve immune function,and do not increase adverse reactions,and the clinical effect is significant.
