摘要 基于碳达峰碳减排理念,服务区作为公路附属设施,也成为了绿色减排研究重点。以黑龙江省为研究对象,结合其地域气候及既有服务区充足的现状,构建黑龙江省服务区绿色改造评价指标体系,弥补研究空白。采用组合赋权优化法及TOPSIS法构建模型,以得莫利服务区为例,得到良好的评价等级。结果表明,该指标体系适用于黑龙江省既有服务区的绿色改造评价,具有一定的科学可行性,合理补充完善现有绿色服务区政策,更好地指导黑龙江省服务区的绿色改造建设。 Based on the concept of carbon peak and emission reduction,service areas,as ancillary facilities of highways,have also become a focus of green emission reduction research.This research takes Heilongjiang Province as the research object,combined with its regional climate and sufficient existing service areas.A green transformation evaluation index system for service areas in Heilongjiang Province is constructed to fill the research gap.The combination weighting optimization method and TOPSIS method are used to construct the model.The Demoli service area is used as an example in which a good evaluation level was obtained.The results indicate that this indicator system applies to the evaluation of green transformation in existing service areas in Heilongjiang Province,and has certain scientific feasibility.This research can reasonably supplement and improve existing policies for green service areas,and better guide the green transformation construction of service areas in Heilongjiang Province.
