摘要 钢铁是现代化建设中不可缺少的重要资源,高炉炼铁具有能耗低、劳动生产效率高、工艺简单、产量大等优势,因此高炉炼铁始终是炼铁的主要方法。近年来我国高炉炼铁已经逐渐向大型化、智能化、高效化发展。大数据智能平台的建立是促进冶炼行业智能化、自动化转型的重要手段。炼铁高炉作为冶炼行业的重要设备,其智能化控制实现势在必行。大数据作为一种挖掘和展现工业数据价值的技术类型,包含数据的采集、规划、处理以及分析等多方面。将信息技术与企业生产相融合,加速产业的数字化改造成为行业发展的重要导向。分析了传统的炼铁高炉管理面临的挑战,然后介绍炼铁高炉大数据智能平台构建思路以及炼铁高炉大数据平台的功能模块应用划分,旨在满足冶铁高炉运行的智能化需求,提升炼铁行业的持续竞争能力。 Iron and steel is an indispensable important resource in the modernization construction.Blast furnace ironmaking has the advantages of low energy consumption,high labor production efficiency,simple process and large output,so blast furnace ironmaking is always the main method of ironmaking.In recent years,China's blast furnace ironmaking has gradually developed to large-scale,intelligent and efficient.The establishment of a big data intelligent platform is an important means to promote the intelligent and automated transformation of the smelting industry.As an important equipment in smelting industry,it is imperative to realize its intelligent control.Big data,as a type of technology to mine and show the value of industrial data,includes many aspects such as data collection,planning,processing and analysis.The integration of information technology and enterprise production and the acceleration of the digital transformation of the industry have become an important guide for the development of the industry.The challenges faced by the traditional ironmaking blast furnace management is analyzed,and then introduces the idea of building the ironmaking blast furnace big data intelligent platform and the application division of function modules of the ironmaking blast furnace big data platform,aiming to meet the intelligent needs of ironmaking blast furnace operation and improve the sustainable competitiveness of the ironmaking industry.
