摘要
目前中国的叙事医学实践者对叙事医学的理解存在分歧,实践既缺乏宏观指导,也缺乏统一的方案。为统一实践者对叙事医学的理解和认识,推动叙事医学的规范化实践、研究和发展,中华预防医学会叙事医学分会和北京整合医学学会叙事医学分会组织专家制定了中国叙事医学专家共识。工作组通过系统查阅文献资料并结合专家实践经验,设计结构化专家函询表,应用改良德尔菲专家函询法(Delphi Method)对各条推荐意见进行修改、完善及评分。最终达成21条共识,为中国叙事医学实践者提供有价值的参考。
At present,there are differences in the understanding of narrative medicine among Chinese scholars and narrative medicine practitioners.Narrative medicine practice lacks both guidance and unified plans.In order to unify understanding and promote standardized practice,research,and development of narrative medicine,the Narrative Medicine Association of the Chinese Preventive Medicine Association and the Narrative Medicine Association of the Beijing Integrative Medicine Association organized experts to develop the Expert Consensus on Narrative Medicine in China(2023).Based on retrieved literature,expert knowledge and experiences in narrative medicine,the working team designed a structured consultation questionnaire.Then the modifed Delphi Method was applied to revise,improve,and score each recommendation in the questionnaire.As a result,a consensus was reached on twenty-one recommendations for future narrative medicine practice.This expert consensus will serve as a valuable resource for Chinese narrative medicine practitioners in the future.
