摘要
对儿童平衡车车轮毂进行了工艺分析,确定了制件使用压铸铝合金为原材料,详述了模具压铸机的选择、分型面的确定、浇注与排溢系统的设计、推出机构、侧抽机构、冷却系统及模具工作过程。该模具结构合理、可靠。
The process analysis of the wheel hub of the children's balance bike was carried out,and the die-casting aluminum alloy was determined to be used as the raw material,and the selection of the die-casting machine,the determination of the parting surface,the design of the pouring and overflow system,the pushing mechanism,the side pumping mechanism,the cooling system and the working process of the die were described in detail.The die structure is reasonable and reliable.
