微生物菌剂组合施用对艾草生长的影响

摘要 [目的]探讨微生物菌剂组合施用对艾草生长及生理生化指标的影响,以期为艾草的优质生产提供参考。[方法]以艾草幼苗为试材,采用三元二次回归正交旋转组合设计(1/2实施),比较产气肠杆菌、解淀粉芽孢杆菌和乙酸钙不动杆菌3种微生物菌剂组合施用(T_(1)~T_(16)处理)对艾草幼苗株高、叶绿素SPAD值、抗氧化酶活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量、可溶性糖含量和地上部分干质量的影响;对影响艾草叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和地上部分干质量的微生物菌剂建立数学模型,并进行显著性检验及单因子效应和互作效应分析。[结果](1)生长指标上,T_(6)处理艾草干质量最大,T_(8)处理株高最大,且均显著高于CK_(1)、CK_(2)。(2)生理生化指标上,T_(6)处理SOD活性最高,T_(1)处理CAT活性最高,T_(9)处理过氧化物酶(POD)活性最高,且均显著高于CK_(1)、CK_(2);施用复合微生物菌剂可明显提升艾草MDA含量,除T_(2)、T_(4)、T_(7)、T_(9)处理外,其他处理MDA含量均显著高于CK_(1)、CK_(2);可溶性糖含量受复合菌剂的影响较小,不同处理间变化趋势波动不大;除T_(1)、T_(4)、T_(6)与T_(9)处理外,其他处理叶绿素SPAD值均显著高于CK_(1)、CK_(2)。(3)单因子效应分析表明,艾草SOD活性随产气肠杆菌施用量的增加呈先下降后上升的趋势,随乙酸钙不动杆菌施用量的增加呈逐渐上升趋势;CAT活性随产气肠杆菌、解淀粉芽孢杆菌施用量的增加呈先下降后上升的趋势,随乙酸钙不动杆菌施用量的增加呈逐渐上升趋势;干质量随产气肠杆菌和解淀粉芽孢杆菌施用量的增加呈先下降后上升的趋势。(4)互作效应分析表明,产气肠杆菌和解淀粉芽孢杆菌互作最有利于提升艾草干质量。[结论]3种微生物菌剂组合施用均可促进艾草生长,其中T_(6)处理(产气肠杆菌、解淀粉芽孢杆菌和乙酸钙不动杆菌的施用量分别为80、40和40 mL)效果最佳,可作为最优配比推广施用。 [Purpose]The effect of compound microbial agents on the growth and physiological and biochemical indexes of Artemisia argyi were investigated to provide reference for its high-quality production.[Method]Trivariate quadratic regression orthogonal rotational combing design was adopted(1/2 implementation)to compare the effect of different combinations of Enterobacter aerogenes,Bacillus amyloliquefaciens and Acinetobacter calcoaceticus(T_(1)-T_(16) treatment)on plant height,chlorophyll SPAD value,antioxidant enzyme activity,malonaldehyde(MDA)content,soluble sugar content and dry weight of aboveground part of Artemisia argyi seedlings.Mathematical model and significance test were established and performed to depict the effect of compound microbial agents on superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT)activities,and dry weight of Artemisia argyi,followed by single factor effect analysis and interaction effect analysis.[Result](1)In terms of growth indexes,the dry mass of Artemisia argyi was the biggest under T_(6) treatment,and the plant height was the highest under T_(8) treatment,both significantly higher than that of CK_(1) and CK_(2).(2)In terms of physiological and biochemical indexes,T_(6),T_(1) and T_(9) treatments were contributed to the highest SOD,CAT and peroxidase(POD)activity,respectively,which were also significantly higher than those of CK_(1) and CK_(2).Most combined treatments,except for T_(2),T_(4),T_(7) and T_(9) treatments,were resulted in significantly higher MDA contents of Artemisia argyi than those of CK_(1) and CK_(2).The contents of soluble sugar were less affected by compound microbial agents,presenting subtle variation trend among different treatments.Most combined treatments,except for T_(1),T_(4),T_(6) and T_(9) treatments,gave rise to significantly greater chlorophyll SPAD values than CK_(1) and CK_(2).(3)Single factor effect analysis showed that the SOD activity of Artemisia argyi declined first and then increased with the application dosage of E.aerogenes,and gradually increased with the application dosage of Acinetobacter calcoaceticus.The CAT activity and dry mass of Artemisia argyi decreased first and then increased with the application dosages of E.aerogenes and B.amyloliquefaciens,and the CAT activity gradually increased with the application dosage of Acinetobacter calcoaceticus.Interaction effect analysis revealed that the interaction of E.aerogenes and B.amylolyticus was the most beneficial to the dry mass of Artemisia argyi.[Conclusion]All combinations of the 3 microbial agents promoted the growth of Artemisia argyi,among which T_(6) treatment(80 mL E.aerogenes,40 mL B.amylolyticus and 40 mL Acinetobacter calcoaceticus)exerted the best effect and was recommended for wider application.
