摘要
高质量发展是高校党建与事业发展的时代要求。党的二十大对新时代新时期高校党的建设与事业发展作出了新部署新要求,更加强调高质量党建,更加强调高质量发展,更加突出党建引领基层治理。分析高校高质量党建与事业高质量发展的逻辑关系,二级学院从强化党建引领理念、提高党的建设质量、创新党建引领介入机制、找准党建引领着力点等方面,探索高校二级学院高质量党建引领高质量发展路径。
High-quality development is the requirement of times of Party building and cause development in universities.The 20th National Congress of CPC puts forward new arrangements and new requirements for the Party construction and career development in universities,putting more emphasis on high-quality Party building,high-quality development and grass-roots management led by Party building.By analyzing the logical relationship between high-quality Party building and high-quality development of undertakings in universities,this paper explores the paths of leading high-quality development through high-quality Party building in faculties from the following aspects,such as strengthening the leading concept of Party building,improving its quality,innovating its leading and intervention mechanism,identifying its leading emphasis and etc.
