摘要
“持续改进”成为师范类专业后认证时代的重要课题,同时也是一个难点问题。本研究从库特·勒温的组织变革理论视角来分析师范类专业持续改进的内在机制,并探索师范类专业增进持续改进效果的路径。根据组织变革理论,本研究发现师范类专业的持续改进具有以下内在机制:阶段矢量上的循环往复,方向矢量上实现熵增原理中的减熵,关系矢量上从原始平衡趋向失衡再走向平衡。据此,为了提升师范类专业持续改进的效果,在解冻阶段,应确定组织变革的目标,获得管理层的支持,创造改变的需要;变革阶段,通过清晰的沟通,引导教职员工参与认证的全过程,利益相关者共同参与,通过强有力的领导,减少妨碍持续改进的阻力;重新冻结阶段,将变革与质量文化联系起来固化变革成果,开发和推广维持变革的方法,提供培训、支持和沟通的平台和渠道。
Continuous improvement has become an important issue in the post certification era of teacher education majors,and it is also a difficult issue.This study analyzes the internal mechanism of continuous improvement in teacher education majors from the perspective of Kurt Lewin's organizational change theory,and explores the path for teacher education majors to enhance the effectiveness of continuous improvement.According to the theory of organizational change,this study found that the continuous improvement of teacher education majors has the following internal mechanisms:the cycle in the stage vector,the reduction of entropy in the direction vector,and the transition from original balance to imbalance and then to balance in the relationship vector.Based on this,in order to enhance the effectiveness of continuous improvement in teacher training majors,in the thawing stage,the goal of organizational change is determined,the support of management is obtained,and the need for change is created;During the transformation phase,clear communication is used to guide faculty and staff to participate in the entire certification process,with the participation of stakeholders.Through strong leadership,resistance to continuous improvement is reduced;Refreeze the stage,link change with quality culture,solidify the results of change,develop and promote methods for maintaining change,and provide platforms and channels for training,support,and communication.
