摘要
目的探讨基于自我超越理论的护理干预对耐药肺结核患者的影响。方法选择2021年2月至2023年1月在医院治疗的90例耐药肺结核患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(45例,接受常规护理)、观察组(45例,接受常规护理联合基于自我超越理论的护理干预),两组干预3个月。比较两组临床症状恢复时间,干预后护理依从性、护理满意度,干预前后自我效能、心理状态。结果观察组各项临床症状恢复时间较短(P<0.05)。与干预前比,两组干预后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分降低,且观察组低于对照组;两组自我效能各项评分升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后观察组各项护理依从性及护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于自我超越理论的护理干预能够增强耐药肺结核患者的自我效能,消除不良情绪,缓解临床症状,促进治疗积极性,进而获得护理认可。
Objective To explore the nursing effect of nursing interventions based by on self-transcendence theory on drug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis patients.Methods A total of 90 patients with drug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis treated in the hospital from February 2021 to January 2023 were divided into the control group(45 cases,routine nursing)and the observation group(45 cases,routine nursing and nursing intervention based on self-transcendence theory)by random number table method.Both groups received intervention for 3 months.The recovery time of clinical symptoms,nursing compliance and satisfaction after intervention,self-efficacy and psychological status before and 8 weeks after intervention between the two groups were compared.Results The recovery time of clinical symptoms of the observation group was shorter(P<0.05).Compared with before intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)of the two groups decreased after intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the self-efficacy scores of the two groups increased after intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing compliance and nursing satisfaction after intervention were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on self-transcendence theory can enhance the self-efficacy of drug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis patients,eliminate bad emotions,relieve clinical symptoms,promote treatment enthusiasm,and then obtain nursing recognition.
